Your iPod just got Classier...

Ever wondered what it would be like to put your iPod on shuffle and have "Hey Jude" or "Let it Be" play automatically? Well, wonder no more! The Beatles are now on iTunes!
 
 
After trying to strike a deal for years, Apple announced Tuesday morning that they'd teamed up with Apple Corps and EMI to release the Beatles music on their downloading service.
 
 
The band's 13 studio albums, along with boxed sets and single tracks are available, Apple said in a statement. iTunes is selling single tracks for $1.29 and a set of the band's entire collection for $149.
 
 
"We're really excited to bring the Beatles' music to iTunes," Paul McCartney said to The Hollywood Reporter. "It's fantastic to see the songs we originally released on vinyl receive as much love in the digital world as they did the first time around."
 
 
McCartney wasn't the only one celebrating. Steve Jobs, Apple's CEO, was also more than thrilled.
 
 
"It has been a long and winding road to get here," he said in a statement, referencing the song "The Long and Winding Road" from the Beatles' 1970 Let it Be album.
 
 
"Thanks to the Beatles and EMI, we are now realizing a dream we've had since we launched iTunes ten years ago," Jobs said.
