Dawrance Constant, a former financial analyst with Johnson & Johnson, is just as much a social entrepreneur as he is a corporate American. Dawrance is the founder of a a non-profit geared toward increasing the quantity of Black males in college. He currently serves as an investment consultant for H. Allen Wells Investment Company in West Palm Beach, Fl.
